YouthCMHA Youth programs support young horse enthusiasts through opportunities like our Educational Scholarship and Student Achievement Grant, recognizing dedication both in and out of the ring. Youth can also participate in our annual CT Morgan Horse Show Youth Contest, where senior division winners earn a $1,000 stipend to compete at the Grand National in Oklahoma. |
 Educational ScholarshipsIn addition to the Eileen Hunter Youth Educational Scholarship, there are several scholarship opportunities offered through regional clubs. | Youth ContestsThe Youth of the Year contests are designed to recognize top achievers. They consist of a written exam, an oral presentation, a judging contest, and a horsemanship pattern. The CT Morgan Horse Show offers a youth contest with walk-trot, junior, and senior divisions.
